Sharing Content

Tipbox makes it easy to share with anyone without having to choose from a bunch of confusing permissions.

There are 2 key differences when sharing to users who are in your organization, versus users who are guests (users who are outside of your organization).


Sharing with users in your Organization:

- Users are able to re-share Projects, Folders and Documents / Files
- Users are able to start a Flow on Documents / Files


Sharing with Guest users (sharing outside of your Organization):

- Users are not able to re-share Projects, Folders and Documents / Files
- Users are not able to start a Flow on Documents / Files
 

Users with access to a Document / File or Flow, are able to add comments in the Comments section for each. Only the users with access to an item will see these comments.
